Felt good this morning so did a 5K. My first one back since my lay off. Hadn't expected to do it this soon - it just sort of happened! Well chuffed!

It's such a lovely route. Out of our gate, down a cycle path and into the country park, once around the lake and home again - pretty good 5K🙂🏃‍♀️
