Feeling worse today than I did yesterday! Running whilst constantly sneezing would not be a good look.....So have made the decision to try and get out at lunchtime tomorrow and just rest today. So disappointed as I was raring to go, hope I don't lose my motivation. Any tips for getting back in the swing of things after a set back?

Poor you. It doesn't sound like you have done a lot of the programme either! I think you need to wait until you are sure that you are not chesty and are feeling good enough to go. I was ill around week 4/5 and it was a bummer, but at least I had a little behind me. It sounds like a fresh start for you, but do not go too early so that you make yourself ill again. Apparently your immune system is lower for the first couple of hours after a run, not sure that information is useful now! But maybe for the future.

You can do it. Take it steady as you go and make sure you have rest days!
