On Week 6 run 3 next but since run 5 My Right Leg muscles calf more so than thigh tighten at same point around 16mins , I tried longer rests between runs still just tightens up 16-18 mins running my run then turns into a limp , it’s also odd as I’m right footed so I would have thought my right would be stronger than my left . Do stretches 1st then do 5 min walk and warm down etc .
Can anyone advise why this would be happening, as I don’t want to push it as may do damage .
