I graduated just over a week ago and unfortunately my right knee is really giving me some pain. I have been for one run since I graduated and it seemed to ease off but it’s still giving me some pain. Do I ease up or keep going ?

Definitely ease up and find out what is causing your pain; shoes, posture, previous knee issues?
Maybe you just need to strengthen your knees a bit? Check out Strength and Flex for loads of exercises.
Don't push through pain though.

I got serious knee pain about 4 weeks post graduation.
Have you had gait analysis?
I hadn't!, sports physio, a few weeks on the IC and the correct shoes for my wonky gait....that was over a year ago now and touch wood....
I hope you get it sorted out 👍

Don't run in pain.
What are your shoes like?
Keep running, keep smiling.
