I’ve lost a week due to rain and life getting in the way... I’ve just completed run 1 of week 5, can I squish some more runs in to get me back on track?

Just make sure you take a rest day between each run. You don't want to injure yourself by overdoing it!

I wouldn't worry about staying on track. Just take it at a pace that feels right for you and don't miss your rest days.
Good luck 👍

Wonder what you mean by "Can I SQUISH more runs in", not really, the number one rule of C25K is never to run on consecutive days, you can repeat any runs or week's if you wish to, so if you want to repeat run 1 of week 5, that is OK

I had to rest for a week at the end of week 6. When I started week 7 I needed a 'practice' first run. I usually leave 2 days between runs - this has been working best for me. I'm about to run Week 8 run 2. What is odd is that I think I could easily just leave 1 day between runs now - all the various aches and pains and strains seem to have gone away! I'm sure that's because I gave myself time to rest properly between runs. Anyway, it means it will probably take me 11/12 weeks to graduate rather than 9. Since I'm not in training for the 2020 Olympics, I'm not too worried. Not run for 59 years, so an extra couple of week's delay won't hurt. It constantly amazes me I've got this far! Good luck with whatever you decide.
