I completed c25k in July and since then I’ve kept it up and did a 10k in sept and am doing the Notts half marathon a week on Sunday. Everything is fine but I’m starting to get blisters and I was wondering is it because I brought my running shoes in July, have they worn? Some of the tread around the toe area has gone but the rest is fine.
Any advice greatly received.

After 300-400 miles they will most probably be getting a little tired and ready for replacement.
If you are from around the Notts area there are a couple of good running shops, the one I use is Run Forest but that's in Matlock but Mike is very good and very thorough.
Anti blister socks solved my blister problem and i have very fragile skin that starts to blister if you wink at it. Blister plasters stop them getting too bad and cushion the pain
As to new shoes i guess only you know if they are needed, if they have lost their spring or gone a bit out of shape that could cause blisters
