Thank you. My original route was only 4.89k on strava. I extended it to run along the reen (drainage ditch, for those not living in the west country) when I signed up for the strava 5k challenge. I've got used to doing it now.

I think I'll do a couple of consolidation runs then start experimenting with new routes. Maybe even a hill 😱

Congratulations! I too completed week 9 today with a final run of 5k in 35 mins. As a 54 year old lady who had never run before I am pretty chuffed about it. I am a believer!!!!!

Well done you. 👏 It's a great feeling, isn't it. I'm 59, as my user name suggests, my goal was to run 5k before I turn 60. I've made it with 6 months to spare!

I don't know how far I'll be running by next June, but I will definitely still be running.
