Okay...here I am again.. Bad penny and all that
I am glad to say that a few of you followed the blue snail after my last post.. and are taking advantage of the great ideas and links that we are posting on our S and F forum.
This week we are moving on up and thinking about something so essential to our successful running.
One bit of our body that we runners ignore at our peril, is the back.
A strong back, posture and stance are so, so important; running tall, for lung capacity , making breathing easier and improving our stamina and our strength.
So follow the snail across to Strength and Flex forum.. and all will be revealed...
( well maybe not quite all )
