It's sooo dark = Treadmill!

Well, the last few weeks have been interesting for my running. I've now got all the right equipment, headtorch, flashing arm and leg bands, reflective bands on my running tops. However, as the clocks have changed my early morning runs have become a bit hairy - although lucky enough to live in the middle of no-where a lack of any lighting at all and a need to leave for the office early means I'm running in the pitch dark in country lanes. I have scared a couple of motorists with my alien bobbing lights and scared myself silly several times by not being able to see properly!

So a rather posh treadmill it is. Second hand and very flash (what on earth do all those programmes mean??), it does mean I can carry on with the C25K during the week and continue to run outside at weekends. Feels a bit different, but best of both worlds I hope!

Off to work out what all the buttons mean...

Think you've done the right thing by getting a treadmill it doesn't sound to safe for you to be on the roads in the dark.

I'm sure if you look up the make and model of your treadmill there will be a manual of how it all works..
