Hi and welcome to the forum. You may be feeling stiffness due to unused muscles being activated. There is information about stretching on the strength and flex forum. Try gentle stretching after each run. Keep your running speed slow, you can build up gradually as you progress and feel ready to.

Great for getting started. Your body may need time to get used to your new exercise. Just go slow and slower again if needed and make sure you're drinking plenty water about 2-3 litres per day and not just on run days and stretch after EVERY run.

C25k is an amazing plan and really does work you'll get lots of encouragement and support on here good luck 😊😊

Hi, don’t worry if you have to repeat, just don’t give up. Are you doing the pre and post stretching? If not, I would recommend trying them - I find it helps immensely. There are links in the ‘How to’ post.
