Follow IannodaTruffe advice & take heart! You are still running three times a week consolidating all that happened during C25K. It may feel like slow progress but in essence itā€™s making your body & mind stronger.

Well done for still being out therešŸŽˆ

Progress takes time you will realise though that you are going a bit further in the time and so that little bit faster

Iā€™d kind of been in that same place recently, still running but not seeming to get any further šŸ˜‚ I then gave myself a bit of a talking to so that I could remember week 1 all those months ago and boy have I improved!

Give yourself some time, go out and keep running and youā€™re bound to improve eventually, whether itā€™s getting faster or running for longer. The important thing is weā€™re out there running 3 times a week - and I know I certainly feel a heck of a lot better for it. šŸ‘

Good luck and happy running!
