Follow IannodaTruffe advice & take heart! You are still running three times a week consolidating all that happened during C25K. It may feel like slow progress but in essence itās making your body & mind stronger.

Progress takes time you will realise though that you are going a bit further in the time and so that little bit faster

Iād kind of been in that same place recently, still running but not seeming to get any further š I then gave myself a bit of a talking to so that I could remember week 1 all those months ago and boy have I improved!
Give yourself some time, go out and keep running and youāre bound to improve eventually, whether itās getting faster or running for longer. The important thing is weāre out there running 3 times a week - and I know I certainly feel a heck of a lot better for it. š
