I would not have believed this time last year that I would be out at 7am on a rainy September day running after a busy 12 hour day at work the day before.

However I have and for the first time I enjoyed it πŸ˜€, just completed w5r1.

However lucky not to see too many people as I ran I was mouthing the words to the 🎢 I was listening too. Can't run again until Saturday as 2 long days at work Thurs and Fri.

Anyhow I'm pleased I've been hijacked and keep on πŸƒπŸ½β€β™€οΈπŸƒπŸ½β€β™€οΈπŸƒπŸ½β€β™€οΈ

yes, it's like someone took over my body :D

I am thinking that a 13km trail run in the mud sounds like fun - mud's good for the skin, right? lol
