So I did a thing this morning.

After nearly finishing it once and not managing due to broken toe. Then starting again and not being equipped to run in winter. I started the Couch to 5K again back in July.

Last time I was losing weight and finding it much easier by week 9. This time it's been really hard. But I bloody did it!!

I completed the C25K!!!!

Hats off to every bugger doing the GNR tomorrow. I'm knackered off a fraction of that but I'm determined to be joining in next year!!
