Oops two weeks no runs...

Was so close to graduation... last week I did the Walsingham pilgrimage, so around 60 miles of walking. With the heat I had some swelling on my right foot (plus blisters) but more importantly I got stuck on the mainland for two extra days and have come home with a really nasty cold. Oh well! Term starts on Thurs so getting better is priority, and this one has really knocked me for six.

Just get better first and when you're fully fit you can start back running 😊😊

Yep, rest and recover. The runs will wait and I bet you will be surprised at how little fitness you have lost. All that walking must have kept your stamina up.
