Week 8 finished, only one week left

So I had more rest days than planned this week due to the removal men delivering the rest of the furniture. It’s lovely that all the family and all of our belongings are now in one place but it does mean that I haven’t had chance to run since Monday night so I’ve fallen a couple of runs behind where I expected to be. But I did manage to get out this morning and introduce DH to our local Parkrun while completing my third run for week 8. Only three more runs for C25k left to complete, then I may invest in some new trainers as a reward.
