Here I go again - W1R1!

So after getting to wk5r3 and doing the dreaded 20 minute run successfully last summer I hurt my ankle and put myself out of action for 2 months. By then the nights were drawing in and motivation died a death. Procrastination has won out ever since but tonight I got out there and started again!

Found it quite tough but I'm proud of myself for getting out there again. Especially as I've felt really tired today.

Here's to the next 9 and a bit weeks! Fingers crossed I get to wk6 and beyond this time! At least I have the motivation of knowing I made it to the 20 minute run last year.

Happy running everyone!!

Welcome back Emcdee, Good luck with the plan this time round. At least you know what you’re letting yourself in for - and of course you’ll already know what a great forum we have here! Happy running and posting!
