Really struggled with w4r3, ended up walking half of the last 5 minute walk. No carbs today, could that be why I couldn't complete? π π’

It could be that or it could be one of any number of things. That run was one of two that tripped me up and I had to repeat too (the other being W6R3).
Sometime our bodies just decide not to play along, and on other days the mind can be just bad.
Just chalk it up as a practice and try again the day after tomorrow. Maybe try to go a wee bit slower just to make sure you do complete it and give yourself a bit of a boost.

Fuel is essential..good fuel and great hydration.
Rest up..some stretches and Flex work..then..making sure that you are fed and watered well..head out..steady and slow.
This running is for enjoyment...not endurance..π
