I have suffered with Achilles problems for some years and now seem to have Achilles tendonosis which is not repairable/likely to go away I believe. This makes running a bit painful at times. I wonder if anyone else has any solutions for Achilles pain?

Have you seen a doctor or a sports physio?

There are strengthening exercises you can do, but you should have the reps etc. given you by a doctor because it will depend on your personal situation
