Did anyone else struggle with W6R2? I’ve been able to do al of the other runs fine but really struggled to do the last ten minutes of this run had to walk for an extra minute and am going to it again before I move on to run 3.
Any advice, please?

Hi I did the same - a year ago I blobbed our at this stage but I hadn’t really been doing it regularly enough and has an injury - so started again this year and seemed to be doing better - but on both 6:1 and 6:2 really had to walk for a while a quite few minutes in run 2 in- felt really fed up — so I repeated them both but I did it on a much flatter run in a park and managed it - and have just tried 6:3 which was. A struggle but I just about did it - though think was saved by a friend stopping me for a brief chat on the uphill - I am just a beginner - but think it’s good to repeat the runs sometimes if you are struggling as it gets your confidence back in the system - good luck - keep on trucking xxx
Thank you everyone for your advice! Just did the run and slowed down to 9km/h and found it easier. It’s not my stamina that I’m finding an issue this week, it’s the body aches, BUT I pushed on and finished it!!
