After postponing my run for 2 days due to the British weather I’ve finally completed it.Going to have to go out tomorrow tho to keep up with my target off completing c25k by 27/06/19 before I go on my hollibobs 😊😎🛫🏝

I did my Week 4 runs on the beach on holiday. It definitely gives your legs a bit more of a workout! But lovely running by the sea. I got a bit of sand in my shoe and it rubbed my heel so try to avoid getting sand in your running shoes!
Yes may take you up on that advice I just like to set a target and go for it I feel that i will let myself down if I don’t🙁Didn’t bank on this much rain in June tho 🙁🙁
I am with Granspeed. Why risk injury when you're doing so well? Consecutive days is a no no because your body needs that time to repair and rebuild your muscles. It's not just a nice rest to stop you feeling knackered! 😂
Everyone’s advice has got me to W7 which I never thought I would achieve so I’m not going to ignore this close to my goal.Thankyou I will take a days rest and go out complete W7 tomorrow 😊Thankyou for the support it means a lot.😊🏃♀️
