I just got back from my second ever run! It's funny how quickly your body adjusts to new things... I really did find the first run tough, even though I got all the way through without stopping, and today I was a little nervous as its so much hotter and sunnier than the overcast weather on Friday morning. But I actually found it a lot easier and really enjoyed it! I was a lot less out of breath during this one and I didn't feel as if my heart was going to give up on me, but I definitely came back a lot pinker and sweatier! Oh well, at least it shows I worked had. Here's to the next one

Well done! I thought R2 felt easier too and today R3 wasn’t so bad but I’m dreading WK2R1 so might do WK1 run again before Wednesday just to build up my stamina a bit although I am starting a new keep fit class called mom dance on Tuesday eve so prob won’t be able to walk let alone jog on Wednesday 😂
