Well after my WK1 R2 yesterday, with a 5k walk on the day in between, my hips are reminding me how unfit I am! Feeling positive in myself but wondering at what point the aches and pains subside. Overhauled my diet and cut out / down on alcohol really hoping my BP and cholesterol appreciate my efforts
