Did wk8 R1 this morning.... am I right to assume achy arms post run is normal!

Am super happy if normal as my arms will get a good tone up, more motivation to run, not that I need it!

Arms should be tucked into your sides and pump forward and backward with each stride. Your hands should not cross the centreline of your chest. Elbows should be loosely bent at 90 degrees. Hands should be unclenched and not holding anything. Arms should feel loose and relaxed, no!t tense, as you run.

It is not normal to ache.
