In about 2 to 3 months if you keep doing 5K 3 times per week. It takes a long time to build up running legs. But it’s an amazing feeling when you come back in after a 5K run and you don’t feel any discomfort anymore. I’m running 2 years now. I rarely have aches in my legs anymore unless I really go for a PB time and give it my all. But knowing that the little aches are there because you gave it maximum effort is a great feeling.

Hey look up leg fatigue, it’s a real thing. I started a thread on it. Key thing seems to be to have enough water before and after runs.

I’ll check that out. I have started getting a sore knee, or hamstring.

JW make sure you are stretching after as well. That improved my general aches.
