Not sure whether to run or not today

I'm due to run w4 D3 tonight, have been excited to do it but after moving furniture this afternoon I've been getting a few upper back twinges. The sensible part of me says leave it until at least tomorrow, but I'm getting a sore throat and the impulsive side says run through it tonight as I may be unwell tomorrow..

Would you all not run with slight back twinges, or would some of you run anyway?
