I decided I would start running when I noticed I was putting in weight 1 month ago. I found couch to 5K and waited until I was on study leave to start it.
I was very fit before however, I haven’t been riding my horse very much recently and found a eating habit of crisps 😂
I have picked up cycling and eating slightly healthier (I STILL WANT MY CRISPS 😂)
P.s. I will opt for healthier crisps 😂 if that is a thing 🤷♀️😂
