Hi there, my username is HTML5 but my name is Frank ;-) . I have done my first run today and it wasn't that bad, however, in order to success I'm gonna need your encouragement and in return you will have mine.

Let's do this together!

Well done for getting started. I was like puffing billy when I first set off, but I followed the programme with the lovely Laura and I got there. Slow Japanese running is the secret, DiscoRunner has links. You can do this I’m 66 and managed it!

You've come to the right place for encouragement. Well done for completing your first run. Now make sure you have a good rest day before your next run.

You can definitely do this.

Hi Frank I am a young 65year old. Started the first week and nearly died after the first run let alone the first week. I am a snail pace runner but I keep going slow and steady gets there is my motto, it certainly got me through C25K without any problems and still out there today... Will be there for encouragement whenever needed...happy running
