Should I start running if my knees hurt a litt... - Couch to 5K
Should I start running if my knees hurt a little? It's on the very tip of my kneecap if that makes sense, I've had it for years on and off.

No, if you have had it on and off for years, begin running when it's OFF, in your case run particularly slow and steady and hopefully the knee pain will stay off.
