I completed w3r2 after work today. I’ve suffered with sore calf muscles when running and although they still ached today, it definitely felt easier. I was keeping myself hydrated before but I have now downloaded an app to keep track and been really good with fluids all week (I drank 2.5 litres yesterday) so wondering if the reason they’re easing off is to do with hydration.
Must admit I’m desperate to tone up and start losing inches now....have to remind myself it’s only been 3 weeks 😂

Hydration is a really good idea. Also your legs may just be accommodating to the new regime
