Hi fellow runners

W9R1 completed this morning bright and early.....lovely run apart from the awful stitch I developed on my right side with 7 minutes to go. No way was I stopping! Was forced to slow the pace though, but still happy.....coming for my badge.

Almost there Franglaise, run 2 on Wednesday and your graduation badge and run on Friday, just rest tomorrow, drink plenty of water 💦(I know it's France) the days before you run and run perhaps a little slower than you did today on both Wednesday and Friday, hopefully that stich will have gone. 😊 🏃

Great determination and running. Enjoy the next one, it’s almost podium time.

Good stuff, apart from the stitch. Maybe slow the pace a bit next time? Don’t want anything to get in the way of your journey to the podium!
