Is this a silly question?

I just don't really want to fail my W8R2 - has anyone had experience of running while snotty and coughing?

Not a silly question. If the cold is all in the head, run, but if it’s in your chest it’s best to rest. The cough suggests that you’d be best served not running. Hope you’re 100% soon.

Running is a very good decongestant, the art of clearing your nostrils mid run is something all runners must learn 🤧 just be careful you don't snot on someone's dog. UnfitNoMore is spot on, if it's in the head you should be OK, if it's in the chest, need to rest. But you're the best judge, if you don't feel well enough, don't do it.

The c25k faq blog says if it’s just at the head and above then you can. If It is below the head then don’t.
