I have just completed week 4 and , what a jump from week 3. I am 48 and about 19KG the wrong side of 100Kg, 3 weeks ago I was 7kg heavier. I am just looking for some advice about the speeds people are running at. At the mo I am doing the walks at 6KMH and the runs at 7.5KMH.
I am considering repeating week 4 until I find it a bit easier. thoughts? should I try week 5 run 1 and then deal with the possible failure.
Thanks for any help/advice.

Unless you’ve not completed a run I would move on to the next week, the program is working on your stamina and you’ll be pleasantly surprised when you complete the first run. Don’t worry about your pace as long as you keep moving the speed doesn’t matter, slow and steady is the best way.
Well done so far. Run at a pace where you can speak in full sentences, that’s a different pace for each of us so comparison is not good to do.
There’s no possible failure... if you cross the start line in any run and don’t complete it, it still makes you stronger and fitter for the next. Repeat any run you don’t fully complete and never dwell on what you didn’t do, celebrate what you did. I’ve been a mile short on a run or two recently, but I don’t care, last year I couldn’t run for 5 minutes.
Welcome to the forum and well done on getting started.
