I strained my calf doing W4R3 approx 2 weeks ago. How do I know when it’s safe to try again? Should I go back to W3? Where do I start ?

If it is painful, it is too soon, can you stretch it without pain? Take it easy and if you think your are ready try a little trial run but if you get any pain stop.
