I did it! I was worried about it but tried not to overthink it. I found a podcast to listen to, so no music to keep pace to and a nice distraction. Do you want to know a secret??? I enjoyed it!! 20 minutes of continuous running, I feel like I’ve broken a mental block and I can do the rest of it now. Yay!! I went to my yoga class afterwards so tomorrow is definitely just a walk with the dog (run around after child) rest day!
