so I let myself off running on Mothering Sunday- only once my daughter say I should "give myself a break", did feel guilty for all of 10secs- but got back on the wagon this morning- nailed the second 30 min run- tried to maintain the same pace all the way through, but felt more breathless, so may have pushed it a bit too much. Hoping the weather improves for my graduation run, as I struggle with cold hands outside- does anyone wear gloves?

Well done, I've seen a few people mention on here that they wear gloves while running . If you feel out if breath slow down. Good luck for your graduation run 😊
Definitely gloves. Easy to take off if you get too warm and just shove in a pocket. I tuck mine under my belt. Easy to put back on. Same goes for a 'Buff'. You can just wrap it round your wrist if you get warm. These are the two items I mainly use to regulate temperature.

I wear gloves and it makes a big difference to my comfort. I just stuff them in a pocket if I don't need them when I warm up. My cut off for wearing them is around 6 degrees C. I also wear a thin hat when it's cold too.
