This is a precautionary tale for all you guys just starting your C25K journey.
This is the sort of weather that you’ll be running around , in your Lycra, like an idiot, in. This running lark is bloomin’ addictive. And lots of fun.

Wow that’s pretty!
It’s also more expensive than you’d think. I thought running would be a good choice because no expensive gym membership, don’t need to buy a treadmill. Just a pair of trainers....... and now I have fancy trainers that cost a fortune (and I love them!) plus a whole drawer full of Lycra leggings and tops. Special running socks. Gloves. New headphones. A Garmin watch....... the list is pretty long. But yes it is addictive and fun!
I beg to demur...you are in error... I Do NOT need to wear lycra or run in lousy weather to look like "an idiot".
I can do that perfectly well wearing my Tuxedo in Biarritz whilst sipping my Turnip Juice Breezer, thank you! 🧐
(Need I add "😉" ? )
Oh so addicting and oh so fun! I was galloping around icy water puddles yesterday and high stepping through snow banks and slip-sliding when I couldn't avoid the ice and giggled like a little girl begging the pigeons not to 💩 on me as a ran under the bridge after I scared them up into the girders 😂. Too fun!
