Hi everyone! So I finished W2R3 11 days ago. I took a break as my knee was hurting so iced and rested etc. It’s been okay for a few days but then I caught a sick bug. I am now fit enough to run but I need some advice - do I start from the beginning? Or redo W2? Or just carry on? I don’t want to re-damage my knee! Thanks!

Just carry on with W3R1 and find some knee strengthening exercises. You’ll find some on NHS website, specially for runners.

You could just go on and try wk3 but as it's so early on in the program you may want to start at the beginning see what works for you 😊

As the guide to the plan states, you lose next to no condition in the first two weeks of non running.
Just pick up where you left off and stay nice and slow.
