I’ve just completed week 4, surprised I have got this far, but I’m feeling really tired and this weeks run sessions are knackering, did anyone else get this?

Great job. This plan is doable... but it is challenging... you’re pushing yourself further each week/run. Maybe now is a good time to take an extra rest day to freshen the legs up? Also, don’t be afraid to slow down a little.

I just finished week 4 tonight as well, I’m completely wrecked, definitely a hard one!! but we did it 💪💪💪

Great for completing wk4 make sure your are drinking plenty water 7 days a week not just on running days good luck with wk5

Well done! Just take extra rest days when you need to and slow down, you are probably going to fast. Enjoy week 5!

Go for a brisk walk on your rest days too! I found that helps stop any stiffness occuring which makes the run day feel harder to get going!

Yep, as others have said try two days’ rest between runs instead of one, not forever but just for now till you feel a bit stronger.
