I have had to start again from week 1 as unfortunately after a cold, i developed dizziness that persisted until yesterday. Even Rugby training yesterday was a no go. but on the bright side, someone in the village pointed me in the direction of a field I can run on.
So the plan is, gym Saturday, run Monday at the gym and Wednesday on the field, rugby training Thursday and another run on the Saturday. Then start week 2 on the Monday. I know it doesn't fit into the normal schedule but hopefully this will get me more active.
As for the match I had last Friday? Well that was really fun, very very muddy but has also made me even more eager to keep number 8. That shirt will be mine!!
