Well it seems like two minutes ago since I joined this group.
This morning I completed my final run. I now feel I can call myself a runner.
Thanks to everyone for the support and advice. I couldn't have done it without you.
I'm now addicted to Strava and looking forward to the next stage. Whatever that may be. Cheers.

I'm doing parkrun tomorrow. It'll be my 6th time. I've had quite a few aches and pains with knees and calf muscles. It's getting better now as long as I don't run too fast
