Just finished W2R1 and it went ok think I have found my pace, I tried Laura’s suggestion for breathing every fourth pace but felt a bit lightheaded so went back to my usual method of panting like an old dog and did fine 😀

I’m on W7 and still can’t do what Laura said. Don’t worry too much about it - trust me, it gets better.

I tried the breathing and still don’t get on with it post graduation... still alive so breathing well enough!

Great running... enjoy the next one. Good job finding that pace.

Thanks Maybe you find your own way that’s comfortable and that’s it

I was listening to “well far” a marathon training podcast and their advice is to talk. They said talking in general regulates the breathing and also does it when we are running... it’s also a good check that we are running at conversational pace.

You forgot to mention that every person you pass either says "pardon" cause they think your speaking to them or think your crazy 😊
