1st outdoor run 29th December

Hoping this week to knock out my first 5k on the treadmill, be interesting to see how long it takes me

Good for you Ceri, I can also remember the dates of those "milestone" runs that I did including run 1 of week 1 which I ran on the 18 April 2018.

W5R3. 21 May

W9R3 18 June

PB. 5K. 10 October

My highlight of 2018 was my graduation run on 18 June. 😊 🏃 🎓

Go Ceri! You’ve been doing fabulously. You’ll smash your 5k 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️ I’ve only ever managed 4k on the treadmill as I get sooo hot, but if you’re used to it you’ll have no problem. 😀😀
