W7r1...much bettter than the last run, probably because I have run in a park instead of the normal road to avoid the wind or maybe because of a higher motivation

Aww this is brilliant it could just be the change of scene im so glad it went better for you today. Keep it up your doing so so well.

I posted a reply earlier today after finishing W6R3 - I found it tough (like you?). But as I heard one person say before - “it was tough but you were tougher!”. I still chuckle because I never think of myself as a “tough” cookie! 😄

I found W6R3 really tough, but today...what a pleasure discovering that I could find my run ALMOST enjoyable... Let’s go on, whether we are tough or not 😜!
