Nice shoes! Brooks Adrenaline? I got a pair of these after gait analysis last month. I found out I needed more support than my old shoes were giving me. These are so comfortable.

Yes, due to having a slightly wider than normal foot, these were the most comfortable. I couldn’t believe the difference. Although the running on a treadmill for the first time being watched was an epic fail the first time 🤣🏃‍♀️🤣

Same for me, first time on a treadmill. I mananaged to step of the back of it and knock the camera over. 😔

Haha glad it wasn’t just me, she said I’ll speed it up a bit and you slow jog....I wobbled all over the place. I do use it in the gym but just for walking.

Phwarrrr! 😂. A few years ago someone tried to get that made a word in the Oxford Dictionary but in the Carry On film referred to the actor didn’t actually say it. I can’t watch Carry On films now without being embarrassed!

Not at all - your nice shoes are hardly Carry On material 😂. I bought some cheap, but nice, k-Swiss running shoes (gorgeous squishy soles) off eBay a month ago but now think maybe I should have had my gait analysed like you (and many others). January sales are beckoning 😁
