Successful first consolidation run

Nearly didn’t go out this morning; the cold I had last week has got worse and is now laryngitis, and I’m croaking like a frog. But I did my first run without Laura, and miraculously got my 5k time down to 33:51!

I am so sorry to learn that you have laryngitis but congratulations despite that on achieving a great time of 33.51 on completion of your first 5K run, I just hope your laryngitis clears quickly.
