Well done, graduate!! You’ve run for 30 minutes. Did you ever think you’d be able to do that?! Fantastic :)

Don’t forget to claim your graduate badge. Have you thought about what’s next??

Thank you 😊 Never thought I’d be able to run 5 minutes let alone 30! Now I want to increase my pace and hopefully get to 5k in 30 minutes, so happy though

5k in 30 minutes would be awesome wouldn’t it? I’m still waiting for that one... my PB is just over 32 at the moment, but I’m sure we’ll both get there.

I personally found the C25K+ podcasts really useful. Something else you can do is to try to practice running 5ks for a few weeks, not worrying about pace. Give it time though, you’ll get there!!

Well done, doesn’t that feel great?

I still can’t do 5k in less than 40 minutes, but it’s something to aim for, certainly!

Congratulations. You did it... slow is good... 30 minutes is amazing and unlocks all those health benefits. Your fast will get faster, keep your slow and that will help that process. Celebrate this well, be very proud.
