I need to slow down...

Not my usual "I'm running too quickly, I need to pace myself" but as I was smashing W6R3 today I thought about my upcoming significant birthday and if I keep running every other day I will get to W9R3 a few days before it. So I'm now planning to take two days off between half the remaining runs so that I graduate (for the second time) on the day :)

But... am I tempting fate? What if I can't run for some reason? What if my smooth C25K progress hits a bump? What if it rains? ;)

And a picture of my faithful companion in action. She has done all the runs with me, though she tells me that running this afternoon after a 6 to 7K walk this morning was a bit much!

You could always have a few days off at the end, then run graduation on whatever day you choose, as the other runs would be done.

Life is full of “what ifs” but what if you sail through W9R3? Time will tell. What ever happens, have a fab birthday. Anything else will be a bonus👍🏻
