W7R2 abandoned 😔

Got up and out and did my warm up walk with a nightly pain in my left ankle but then when I started to run it was too painful to carry on. It’s been a bit sore since I walked thirteen or so miles on Wednesday with my daughter in her pushchair.

Looks like a few days rest for me, which actually probably means a few weeks rest now as I’m going for gallbladder removal surgery on Monday.

Hope I can pick up where I left off once I’ve recovered. See you on the other side!

Thanks! Back home and rather sore, but glad to be the other side of the op. Planning to sit on my bum today to recover.

If you end up having to go back a week or two don’t worry. Most of it is about belief that you can do when you come back just make sure you do a run that you believe you will be able to finish and build up from there. Good luck!

Thank you! I might repeat week 6 when I feel ready, a nice way to build back up, I think.
