Who’d of thought it. Weeks ago, when I started this with a crazy idea of getting fit. I’d never have thought I’d be at a point where I could say I’ve run for 25 minutes...
It wasn’t fast, it wasn’t pretty. But I don’t care, I did it. Looking forward now to the remaining weeks and finishing the whole thing.
I really can not recommend this plan enough. It doesn’t matter what your ability is, follow the plan and you’ll feel the benefit.
