Best Run Ever

Now in Vilamoura, Portugal-best run this evening. Nice steady pace and for the first time felt I could carry on longer. Scheduled to run 28 mins non stop but stopped at 31 with a short sprint at the end. (Yes Old Lady61 definitely an ‘old ladies sprint’ as a 63 year old. 😂)Hoping I can improve and pick up the pace a bit.

How lovely! Well done. Our boat is in Bruce's Yard in Faro. We're going to be there for a week of maintenance next month. I'm already looking forward to running in the park area at the end of the road...
